Related Party Transactions | Related Party Transactions We lease office space from entities affiliated with certain of our employees. We paid $0.1 million and $0.1 million in total rent expense under these leases for each of the three months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, and we paid $0.3 million and $0.1 million in total rent expense under these leases for each of the nine months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
Marketing expense for each of the three-month periods ended September 30, 2023 and 2022 includes approximately $0.1 million paid to related parties in exchange for the Company receiving marketing services.
Marketing expense for the nine months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022 includes approximately $0.3 million and $0.4 million, respectively, paid to related parties in exchange for the Company receiving marketing services.
