Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated the impact of events that have occurred subsequent to December 31, 2024, through the date the consolidated financial statements were filed with the SEC. In March 2025, the Company completed an offering of common stock (the "2025 Offering"), which resulted in the issuance and sale by the Company of 3,505,364 and 832,639 shares of common stock, at a public offering price of $0.68 per share and $0.72 per share respectively, generating gross proceeds of $3.0 million, of which the Company received approximately $2.7 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and other offering costs.
